There is no charge for membership of the FSH-MD Support Group as we rely on donations and fundraising events to cover our administration costs.

As a member you will receive a welcome pack containing:

• welcome letter
• a copy of our "25 Questions" leaflet
• local contact list
• the latest addition of our newsletter
• the Muscular Dystrophy Adult Self Management Pack order card.
• neuromuscular medical alert card
  

You will also automatically become a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign receiving regular copies of Target MD and other relevent publications and mailings.
